Proud Partner of Modernians Hockey Club: Mouthguards for 2026 Season

Leederville Dental is proud to support Modernians Hockey Club by helping protect the smiles of junior players throughout the season.

Hockey is a fast-paced contact sport where accidental impacts can occur.
Children and teenagers are still developing, making their teeth and jaws more vulnerable to injury.

Wearing a custom-fitted mouthguard helps reduce the risk of:

• Broken or displaced teeth
• Jaw injuries
• Cuts to lips, cheeks and tongue
• Damage to braces or orthodontic appliances

Preventing dental injuries is always easier and more affordable than treating them.

Unlike over-the-counter mouthguards, custom-made mouthguards are individually designed
to fit each player’s teeth for superior comfort and protection.

Key benefits include:

• Precise fit tailored to growing teeth
• Greater comfort and stability during matches
• Improved breathing and communication
• High-quality materials built for competitive sport

When a mouthguard fits properly, players are far more likely to wear it consistently.

For players undergoing orthodontic treatment, we can design mouthguards that safely
accommodate braces and other appliances.

As children grow, we recommend periodic reviews to ensure continued protection.

• Book a short appointment at our clinic
• A quick dental impression is taken
• Your custom mouthguard is professionally fabricated
• Final fitting ensures comfort and protection

The process is efficient and designed to suit busy Modernians families.

Leederville Dental is committed to supporting the Modernians Hockey Club community
both on and off the field. We look forward to helping players stay protected and confident
throughout the season.
